What do I use them in?
If you put salt and pepper on it, you can likely put some microgreens on it.
Here are some suggestions: salads, sandwiches, wraps, pesto, stir fry, pasta, soup, pizza, smoothie, stew, risotto, spring rolls, casseroles, toast, bagel, omelets, tacos, quesadillas, burgers, and the list goes on.
Do I need to place an order to get a free sample?
Currently, no. It’s my mission right now to get as many hands on microgreens and their health benefits as possible. It does mean I’m paying out of my own pocket to do this so I do ask that people be honest and only place 1 sample order per family. If you’d like to try all 6 types of micro greens in that order, go for it!
There is a microgreen that I know and love but you don’t offer it.
